Carver Curie Diversity Award / CHEM Week

Two years ago, at the request of Chemical Week, the club created the Carver Curie Diversity Award.
The top 100 chemical companies with a billion dollars or more in sales are researched by students as to what
these companies have done to achieve diversity.
The top 30 are then selected and their representatives vote for the 10 best companies wherein the
winner will be chosen.
A Cooper Union student was commissioned to create the award trophy which is presented during the
Annual Chemical Week Conference.
